We are now looking to add a Customer Success Manager to our team in Copenhagen to continue Opoint’s growth. The role offers a strong entry point into Customer Success within an international SaaS and data company.

Job Description

This is an application round for an on site Customer Success Managerr based at our office in Pilestræde 58, Copenhagen, Denmark. 

As a Customer Success Manager at Opoint, you will take ownership of a portfolio of international customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring customers continuously realise value from Opoint’s solutions. 

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Tech to ensure seamless delivery, high customer satisfaction, and opportunities for account growth.

What You Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of international B2B customers. 
  • Act as the primary relationship owner and main point of contact.
  • Schedule and lead regular customer check-ins and Business Reviews.
  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, and long-term value realisation. 
  • Lead renewal processes, including commercial discussions and negotiations. 
  • Manage contract amendments and commercial variations. 
  • Proactively execute retention and churn-prevention activities. 
  • Collaborate with Sales on upsell and growth opportunities. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Tech to ensure high service quality. 
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

The Skill Set You Bring

  • Relevant junior- or mid-level experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, or other client-facing roles (internships included). 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, or a related field (other backgrounds with relevant experience will be considered). 
  • Strong commercial mindset with an interest in renewals and customer retention. 
  • Confidence in managing customer dialogue and commercial discussions. 
  • Technical curiosity and a willingness to understand data feeds and system integrations. 
  • Structured, proactive, and relationship-driven approach. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. 
  • Must hold a valid working visa for Denmark.
